Singles wanting to travel

There seem to be quite a few single people wanting to go on a cruise or take a tour but don't have someone to go with to avoid having to pay a single supplement. They're not looking for a "matchmaker" just don't want to travel alone or have to pay more. I can try to find a travel partner for you. Please let me know if you're interested

I'd be interested in a trip to spas in Europe with another lady.

I think it's a shame that single travelers have to be penalized financially. I'm no recluse, but I do love traveling alone! I can plan my day and activities the way I want them to unfold w/o having to take into consideration what a 'roommate' wants/needs/plans and I can return to a room that is all mine.

I find it somewhat insulting, to be frank, that hotels impose this "pairing" standard on everyone w/o regard for personal circumstances or chosen lifestyle. Unfortunately, as things stand now, you just have to either
a) find a traveling companion whether you want one or not or
b) just eat the extra expense.

Not fair. (Always makes me wish I had a motor home--LOL)
