Capital Festival's BC Day Celebrations, including Alan Moberg, Mr. British Columbia

What a wonderful free festival at last year's BC Day Celebrations, on the beautiful grounds of St. Ann's Academy, Victoria. We now can look forward to performances over several days. There will be shows on a main stage, the Chapel and the Auditorium. Watch for news of the lineup.
