Under the baton of Michael Bowie, the Sooke Philharmonic Chamber Players & Chorus will be joined by soloist Nancy Washeim for this concert. The music programme is: Handel, Concerto Grosso, Op. 6 No. 1 in G major; Albinoni, Sonata a cinque, Op. 2 No. 6 in G minor; J.S. Bach, Cantata No. 209, Non sa che sia dolore, Soprano Nancy Washeim, soloist; Geminiani, Concerto Grosso, No. 12 in D minor (La Folia); Vivaldi, Concerto for 4 Violins, Op. 3 No. 10 in B minor; and under Choral Director Wade Noble, the Chamber Players will be joined by the Sooke Philharmonic Chorus to perform Vivaldi's Magnificat.
