EventsQi Gong Weekend WorkshopSouth Vancouver Island Sat. March 27th, 2010 & Sun. March 28th, 2010 1:00pm - 5:00pm The goal of Qi Gong is to increase the amount of chi - life energy, within the body, and increase the flow of chi throughout the body. This ancient form of exercise aims to reduce illness, and improve stamina through physical movements and breath work. Qi Gong movements open the joints, and strengthen/re-align the skeletal system. Participants will be guided through a series of low impact, weight bearing exercises, working their bodies from head to toe. Suitable to all levels.
