Snowbirds: Behind the Scenes With Canada's Air Demonstration Team

Mike Sroka spent several years as a photographer with the Canadian Forces Snowbirds. His experiences are the subject of the coffee table book "Snowbirds: Behind the Scenes With Canada's Air Demonstration Team". You are invited to spend an afternoon with Mike as he discusses what it was like to train, travel and fly with the Snowbirds. Mike will present his multi-media presentation "To Fly" which debuted at the 2008 Frame by Frame Photoforum where he was a keynote speaker. If you wish, you may bring a copy of his book for Mike to autograph during the refreshment break. The cost is $25 plus HST, and includes refreshments. Pre-registration is required.
