John Pope will lead a discussion of the best-selling book, "The Armageddon Factor" by Globe & Mail writer, Marci McDonald. In it she charts the rapid rise of Christian fundamentalist inflence in politics in our nation's capital as well as in the rest of the country. A renewed emphasis on 'family values' and the end of funding to various women's groups are only two examples of what is happening.
